Important Seller Terms and Policies

Method and ways of selling with Brandhindu.?
Products and Crafts can be sold through Brandhindu and its supporting channel by registering and getting products examined for quality checks. At Brandhindu we only entertain products that fall in our category and in line with uniqueness genuineness and authenticity. We allow vendors to dropship on a fixed price/ commission margin basis. Vendors can use their brand names and marks and if asked we may request whitelabelling solutions .
Packaging and shipping solutions?

Packaging plays an essential role in protecting the product in getting delivered safely and in an attractive manner.

Thus we request to deliver the product in the best packaging if the product is being fulfilled from the vendor's place, in case of a product being shipped from the fulfillment partner of Brandhindu's warehouse we will request the vendor to deliver the product in the final packaging apart from labeling.

Brandhindu Provides a product pickup facility through the partner courier providers. In case the product is being picked up by a Brandhindu courier partner a shipping label would be provided for every order, and if the vendor has arrangements for shipping solutions the final arrangements can be discussed while onboarding.

Do not Disclose Policy?

At Brandhindu we keeps our products policies and customers at priority thus we follow a DND Policy to safeguard the interest of all the parties involved. From our end we assure you that all the policies rates and discussion shall remain confidential.

Payment and Taxation?

Payment are the terms defined and disclosed upon onboarding as we allow flexible payments options like advance purchase, post cod settlement, and monthly billing.

Taxation is as per the product GST category and it shall be applicable (insclusive) in the sales price and exclusive in the vendors pricing policy)

Discounts and Offers?

Discounts and seasonal offers from time to time will be rolled put and which vendor may and may not be updated, which remains an internal marketing policy of Brandhindu. If there is any special combo and other discount request may and may not be entertain and same shall be reflected or update to the vendor.

Marketing and Ads Policy?

Brandhindu and Its marketing partner may run various paid and organic campaign social media activities, Facebook ads, Tiktok ads, LinkedIn Ads. Cost of which we may cover up in the pricing or it may be additional cost subject to the onboarding policy and discussion.

International Shipping and Sales

We are compliant and have all the necessary documentation to ship internationally, all the shipping charges shall be borne by vendors in case of non-white-labeled products.

In case of White labeled product cost are borne by both the parties as  per the discussion  rates offers taxes duties and Custiomer acquisition cost.
