These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BrandHindu.com and purchases made through our culture-focused multivendor marketplace. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
1. About BrandHindu.com
BrandHindu.com is operated by Brandhindu Art & Craft E-Commerce Private Limited. The marketplace brings together independent vendors and creators offering Indic art, crafts, textiles, jewellery, books, foods, lifestyle products and related cultural goods. Product listings may be fulfilled by individual vendors or their fulfilment partners.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and keep your login details secure. You may not use the website for unlawful activity, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with site security, upload malicious code or misuse another person’s account.
3. Product information and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Handmade, handwoven, natural, made-to-order and artisan products may show reasonable variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions or pattern. Images are illustrative; review the product description and specifications before ordering. If an important listing error or stock issue is identified, we may contact you to resolve or cancel the affected order and arrange any applicable refund.
4. Prices, payment and order acceptance
Prices, taxes, shipping charges and any applicable discounts are shown during checkout where available. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not prevent cancellation where payment, stock, pricing, verification or fulfilment issues arise. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Do not send full card details or payment credentials to our support team.
5. Vendor fulfilment and shipping
Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on product availability, whether an item is made to order, vendor handling, destination and carrier conditions. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information will be shared when available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by destination authorities; these charges and clearance delays are outside our direct control. 6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Our current shipping policy states that cancellation may be requested within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever comes first; an order already dispatched may not be cancellable. Return and refund eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the applicable policy. Review the Refund & Returns Policy and contact support promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
7. Intellectual property and cultural material
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated. Do not copy, republish, commercially exploit or misrepresent our content or a vendor’s work without permission. Cultural traditions and community knowledge deserve respectful attribution; nothing in these terms grants ownership over traditional cultural expressions.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on third-party payment, analytics, shipping, social-media and technology providers, and may link to external websites. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrandHindu.com is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website unavailability or third-party service interruptions.
